The inspector (Kyle) was on time, very professional, mindful of my property and extremely knowledgeable. Explained to me in layman’s terms things that needed to be corrected and why. The customer service representative was very accommodating and friendly. The cost of the inspection was also reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a home inspection.
Extremely good quality. They were very thorough both inside and out. A picture was provided with every thing they did, no matter how little. They even provided a comprehensive report on everything, including recommendations on what you should do about it. I'd recommend these guys not just if you're buying/selling, but just a good, solid 10yr check-up on your home to make sure things stay in working order.
